Note: these forms must be filled out by the leader of each team that is planning to attend to Gateway 2011.

Our registration process consists of three steps:

Step 1: Online Team Registration
The following information will be requested:
• Your personal data
• Sending ministry information
• Estimated composition of your team
• Outreach preferences
This first step does not yet secure a place for your team in the camp.

Step 2: Detailed Registration
In this step, you will be requested to submit the personal information of your team members.
You will receive further instructions and downloadable forms (in excel format).
After submitting these forms, you will receive a preliminary invoice. At this point you will be requested to make a 30% non refundable deposit. Completing this second step secures a place for your team in the camp.

We will also follow up on two areas:
• Outreach: our coordinators will contact you to define the specific outreach plans for your team. (refer to the outreach section for more details)
• Training: our coordinators will guide you through the training process beginning with the Tuning Into God’s heart video Series, Team leaders and skills workshop, home preparation and so on. (check more details on the training section)

The deadline for completing this second step is June 6th.

Step 3: Final arrangements
In this step you will provide further details about your team, including:
• Arrival and departure
• Transportation arrangements
• Room mates
• Families in the team
• Special dietary requirements
• Extra accommodation

With this information consolidated, you will be sent a final invoice that will enable you to settle the payment and conclude the registration.
