Iedere vrijwilliger moet:
- minimaal 18 jaar zijn (uitzonderingen mogelijk)
- het zijn van een Christen, aangesloten zijn bij een lokale kerk en deze regelmatig bezoeken.
- Engels of Kantonees spreken.
